Web site of "The Old Tamba Pottery Museum"
The Old Tamba Pottery Museum was founded in 1969, located in Kawara-cho, Tamba sasayama, at the corner of the street full of merchant houses remained the same since Edo era. The museum exhibits ancient Tamba-yaki from time of creation to End of Edo era, classified by the age. There are 312 pieces of Tamba-yaki, which are designated as the Important Cultural Properties of Hyogo prefecture as "Kotamba collection."

The Museum of Noh Artifacts was founded in 1971. In the environment of the historical Tamba Sarugaku and modern culture of castle town, this museum is nation's only resource center specializing this traditional art; the Noh artifacts with the tremendous collection of documents and well-studied information of the Noh masks, costumes, and instruments
